HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Our products are not eligible for Return/Exchange
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at support@aroziastore.com and we will take care of the rest.
Cancellation
Cancellation before shipment (only valid on order's place & deliver in India) - If the order or the item that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet. You can write to us on support@aroziastore.com or call +919827352400 (Monday-Saturday 11am to 7pm). In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you (of prepaid orders) within 24-48 business hours after cancellation request is fully processed by us.
